I'm suffering from post natal depression, everyone is asking me to take help, I don't know im always irritated n sad, I'm taking care of my son all alone without any help. but I always shout on him without any reason

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. emotional support from neat n dear and education is equally important to combat from it. take adequate Sleep or rest.
Take healthy diet, read good books or engage in your favorite hobbies.
You could try consulting a Counselling Psychologist who will be able to help you from this.
