Try seed cycling for pcod
In this u have to take 15 g flaxseed and 15 g pumpkin seed everyday for 15 days from your 1 st day of periods and then from 15th of your period till next 2 at day of your period you need to take watermelon seeds and sesame seeds 15 g each every day .. grind and take do not roast it
Also reduce wheat and its products and daily from your diet
Take more of soya, beans, oats, quinoa, rajma, chana, chola, sprouts, daal, mushrooms, brocolli in the diet
No bakery products, sweets, sugar, namkeen and fried foods
Workout for 45 mins daily
