hi doctor it's been 9 moths of my c section. I have gained a lot of weight. I want to reduce it . can you please let me know the diet chart

Nitieka RaawalMom of a 9 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear, Make sure you have ghar ka khana..Completely avoid outside food..Include nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables...Have plenty of liquids...And also start with some physical activity at home
