I'm in my first trimester. 6 weeks of pregnancy. what type of exercise is proper for me at this time?

A. well its better to not move too much in early pregnant. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooyou must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
