Q.

i have two daughters second one is just 5 months old but still m having post pregnancy actually overweight n i am lactating mother so i just want to know what all can i do to loose my weight without affecting my feet to my baby??

A. try to cur on junk ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyIf you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. U Wait for some more time once you start semisolid feeding for the child that would be the right time for you to start working out if you want to and that was also completely depends on the kind of delivery you have had because for a C-section mother it is not recommended to go for any kind of exercise before 8 to 10 months of delivery
