Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. hello Mom there should be in my a gap of 4 to 5 years to get everything settle in the uterus otherwise it will be difficult to have a normal delivery and if you have to reduce the weight means follow the smaller smaller mail compared to the one large meal
