If you have recovered well with post delivery you may be mindful of what you are consuming but also be careful if you lactating your baby as too much restrictions would hamper your milk quality as well too . Also get your self involved in some form of physical exercise as such for about 30 to 45 mins a day

Have green tea and warm water on regular basis. Have proper diet and proper rest.
Don't skip any meals.
