#AskTheExpert hello sir/mam, i put on more weight i want to lose my weight. i am only handling my baby whole day i am so busy with all household work n all. so please help me to lose weight....

A. Hi you need to make consistent efforts to lose weight. try to do this 1. include foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, pulses, curd, skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's, Vegetables, salad, fruits daily 2. avoid sugar, sweets, fried, Bakery, junk foods 3. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
