Q.

Hello.. my bub is 15 months old. I have not done any weight lose exercise post delivery my weight is 5 kg more than pre pregnancy. How should I start my weight lose journey. Can anyone guide?

A. dear Mum, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes of exercise daily.
