how to lose my weight..... my baby is 11 month old.... my weight is 90 how to lose my weight properly.......

A. you can start your day with ginger turmeric and lemon .... and soaked ajwain water or methi water alternative days . and walking 30 minutes ...cut sugar and refine carbs ...it will help a lot ...I have almost lost 7 kg in 2 months with this .
