i have a c section after 2 month.when i started exercise or yog for lose tummy fat???

A. If you have c section delivery then pls weight for minimum 6 months for doing tummy exercise. You can start walking daily minimum for 40 min, it also helps to keep fit. If you don't have any problems with stitches then after 6 months start yoga or any tummy exercise
