Q.

I had normal delivery on 14 July. when I can start proper excercise like weight lifting as i gained weight on stomach

A. If your Para normal deliveries and after three months of a delivery you can go for basic work out but Nu dieting and if you had a C-section delivery then you will have to wait for at least six months minimum to go for a brisk walk and proper exercising after 9 to 10 months once your internal stitches heal completely

A. Do all the exercises which are suggested by your doctor.

A. you can start from the very next day after delivery. But start with kegel exercises, walking and yoga. Build your stamina and then after gradually go towards weight lifting exercise and hardcore exercise
