#AskTheExpert Hi doc !! I have delivered my son on 14 Jan 22 through Ceserian . i have gained a lot of weight during pregnancy .And although I am Breastfeeding , it seems that I have still gained weight . Also my stomach doesn't seems to getting inside even after 2 months . How to loose weight and when to start exercising that includes weight lifting ?

A. Hello mom no weight lifting for at least first 3 to 6 months and rest depends on your recovery . But overall don’t stress as that can more worsen the issue , their are lot of bodily issues , and hormonal changes
