It seems that your child is above 1 year that means it’s more than 6 month post c section so now you can easily workout and follow a healthy diet pattern to reduce weight
Have small and frequent meals
Include more fiber in the diet in form of salads, fruits, oats, daliya, bajra, ragi
Also u need to have protein with every meal like da or milk or curd or paneer or beans or sprouts or eggs or soya products
Reduce the intake of high sugar food, suagr , sugary drinks, fried foods and namkeen
Start your meal with salad
Water 3l per day
Workout for 45-60 min everyday for better results
Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..this has to be done gradually.. In a short span one cannot loose weight....first of all indulge in healthy eating ...have warm water through out the day.....minimum half an hour workout every day is must.
avoid any kind of junk processed and sugary food
