my daughter is 1.5 months old. i had a normal delivery.. and i have gained a lot of weight.. after how much time shall i start my workout routine?? n plz share some tips to reduce weight as i have gained majority of fat on my stomach hps and thighs. thanks in advance

A. now slowly you can start up. exercise. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
