I had my c section on dec2019.could I do jumping excecise now a days.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello now if you are comfortable and able to do then you may do si not a problem but just make sure to go slowly and do not strain yourself and make sure that you are comfortable enough before you could do it for mins to start with then increase the timings slowly
