I had cs on 11 sep but I have not used belly belt was it necessary should I use it now

Do abdominal stretching exercise
Avoid junk food bakery products
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food
Stay hydrated
Take plenty of water
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
