For one month you can feel a little pain but if it is happening till now you may as well consult your gynaecologist secondly after six months completion you can go for brisk walk and further exercising about 8 to 10 months later once your doctor gives your confirmation that your physically fit and your stitches are healed completely to go for any kind of other workout
