how can i get rid of my c-section belly, when I'm doing abdominal exercises in the 4th month i got little pain at stiches.what are excercises i can do?

A. any exercises can be done at 6 months after cesarean section you can do moderate exercises brisk walking yoga will help diet less in fats and carbohydrates lot of water green leafy vegetables
