Q.

I had C Section delivery as on 26/12/2023, 5th month running, can I start exercising from now, please advise??

A. After four months to six months, you should be able to begin exercises that strengthen your core abdominal muscles. These could include exercises such as the plank, lying on your tummy and raising your arms and legs in the 'superman' pose, or kneeling on all fours and drawing up your stomach muscles against gravity.
