Q.

it has been 4 months after my delivery. it was a c-section. can I start exercising as I have put on much weight. pls suggest #Vaccination

A. if you are feeling cured then you can start with exercise.. as after c section you can start exercise between 4-6months.. at the beginning you can start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise.. also take care of diet.
