include whole grains, millets, dals, pulses, sprouts, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water.
add small mid-meals in between after 2 hours and stick to the same.
avoid junk, processed and fried foods, maida / refined flour, carbonated beverages, too much of salt, sugar and fats.
you can start also with yoga, exercise or walk.
