I gained more weight after pregnancy. my tummy is still not going inside.what to do

A. Hi mom, do not worry.. focus on eating a healthy and balanced diet. add variety of homecooked foods like whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities, adequate water. avoid junk, processed, and fried foods, excess salt, sugar and salts, carbonated beverages, refined flour. add small handy snacks inbetween after 2 hours. you can start with walk, yoga or exercises.
