Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside or junk food completely, take lots of water atleast 16 glass a day and do exercise to reduce belly fat.

You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout.
