I’ve delivered a baby on 10th July 2025. But I can see my belly is same as it was during pregnancy. How to reduce it ?

Madam this is a very big misconception where people feel that the tummy is just going to reduce instantly when you deliver the child maybe you can lose a little bit of tummy but not more than that you should use a belt to keep the tummy in control so that it does not become saggy and over the period with diet and only the weight is going to be back in control
