I have delivered babyboy in July from when can I start my fitness activities

A. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor first before you get on any routine

A. Hello dear parent! After 6 months completion you can start fitness training after consulting your doctor. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
