Q.

Hi. I have delivered in july 2021. i still have lit of stretch marks in my belly. Can u give a suggestion and when can i start my workout routine to reduce my post pregnancy weight??

A. you can start now. takes few years. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
