A. cut on all extra calories n junk.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyIf you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. So Did you have your delivery can you please tell us that you have not even mentioned as to what kind of delivery you had some only going to say as of now you can go for workout if you completed about 6 to 8 months of your delivery that’s the only way to lose on your weight
