A. hi mom to loose weight and tummy post delivery u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet do yoga aerobic zumba cycling etc

A. Hi dear mom U can start with the exercise after six months of delivery. To control ur tummy, avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food, do some exercise like cycling, jogging, walk, yoga as per ur comfort level. Take care
