i am five month old baby mother ,I am gaining weight after surgery ..day by day tummy is became vey heigh...how can I make flat tummy for myself?

A. Hello mom You should not start doing any sort of workout or exercise till your baby turned six months old. Once your baby turned six months old then you can start doing you are regularly it will help in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes early morning to lose weight fast. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fiber in babies
