It takes 5-8 months to recover completely from delivery so have balanced diet with lactating foods too for breast milk supply.
Breast feed your baby it helps in not gaining additional weight.
Avoid oily,junk, processed foods to control weight.
Once you completely recover you can Start walking and for exercises ask Gynaecologist suggestion.
