A. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables, steamed vegetables, whole grains, fruits and more of whole grains. Eat meals more frequently but eat small amounts each time. Drink lots of water atleast 8-10 glasses each day. Sleep well. Do not take rest. Start walking for atleast 30 mins each day. Start with cardio exercises after permission from your doctor.
