Have a balanced and nutritious diet as the body needs complete rest and right nutrition to overcome loss during baby birth and pregnancy
Include protein like paneer, dal, sprouts, soya, egg white , oats, fresh curd, milk in breakfast , lunch and dinner
Have fry fruits daily as a whole or in form of ladoo or dry fruit powder in milk
Include 3-4 green vegetables daily and 2 fruits daily in your diet
And most important be mentally relaxed and it’s overwhelming to be a new mother with less sleep and all new responsibilities.. practice breathing exercise or meditation daily to relax and calm the mind which in turn wil make u healthy
Water 2-4 litre every day

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein
