Hi mom of 2 yr old boy.... after delivery I lose my weight continuesly.. how to gain my weight back As before delivery... plz suggest I am lean.. I want gain weight

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. you can try n see. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello make sure to have a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also if you are reducing with your weight too much then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
