after delivery I became obese how I lose my weight

A. hi mam,you can start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. go for 15 minutes walk everyday. take homemade healthy food. prefer low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
