A. Hello Don't go on extremely calorie controlled diet now, as you're Breastfeeding. Just walk daily for 45 minutes & avoid junk. fried, sugary foods. Eat more Vegetables, fruits, nuts & lean proteins like skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd, low fat paneer
