Q.

I am overweight. my weight is now 69kgs I want to reduce 9kg how can I do??? I am doing a sitting job. after that I have not any time for myself. further I cannot do exercise.

A. dear mum, it's extremely important for you to eat mindfully and exercise if you want to lose weight and have a good health overall. you will have to find time and should exercise at least 30 minutes every day. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water. Have an active lifestyle.
