NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. yes, dear mum, you can eat Catla fish while you are Breastfeeding your baby. what you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause gas to baby. you can eat all non veg food.. any discomfort in your consumption then you may avoid otherwise not a problem
