#asktheexpert can breast feeding mother of 4 months eat fish ? If yes , can you help me what type of fish can be eaten?

Neelam ChinnappaGuardian of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. hey mommy yes you can breast feed and eat everything there are no diet restrictions for a breastfeeding mother . just make sure if you notice any very obviou reactions for your baby then you can omit it from your diet , eat fishes which have low mercury content
