can i offer sweet water fish like rohu, catla to my 19 months old baby ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can give fish to the child but make sure it is properly washed and cooked as you need to be careful with sea foods and give hone cooked foods to the child

Yeah I am a vegetarian person though but I just know that the light is send a mild fish you can introduce to the child after the age of nine months it self so sincere child is already nine months old you can introduce different kind of fishes to the child absolutely no issues with that
