shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello mom You should avoid having all these things because all these things can create gastric issues in babies when you are a lactating mother. While being a breastfeeding mother you have to maintain a proper diet and it is very important. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to 6 months
