Q.

I am in my 8th month of my pregnancy. I have swelling on my feet and hands get slightly swollen and stiff. Why does this happen and what can I do to reduce it?

A. if there is mild swelling below the ankle you can just use a pillow under your legs while sleeping 14 to 15 minutes and it will get reduced but if it remains for a long time still you need to consult for blood investigations and blood pressure check

A. hello would be mum little bit of swelling is quite normal during the pregnancy but is it is making you uncomfortable and it is there for the whole day then you need to consult with the gynecologist you need to take proper rest
