A. spelling during 8 month of pregnancy is mostly related to your high blood pressure or due to systematic changes which needs to be monitor properly and medication needs to be started so consult with your treating doctor immediately and if needed take an MD physician opinion

A. While gradual swelling in your lower and upper extremities is normal, sudden or severe swelling in your face, hands, or feet might be a symptom of preeclampsia. This pregnancy complication involves very high blood pressure. If you have preeclampsia, you may need to stay in the hospital until you give birth.
