I am in my 6th month of pregnancy. Can I eat kismis and jaggery?

A. No the combination is hot in nature but overnight soaked raisins can ge eaten and a piece of jaggery after meal can be taken as it helps to digest food

A. yes, can eat both, but consume it in moderate amount. . eat lots of protien abd iron rich good. do not miss yiur iron snd calcium supplements. o k
