Q.

I am eating galactogauge foods like garlic, Fenugreek for lactation,do I need to continue this throughout my breast feeding journey or for the starting 2,3 months alone

A. dear mom. you may continue taking it atleast for first 4 to 6 month of age. do have regular healthy food too. dtink lots of fluids. o k
