Q.
my baby doesn't drink my right side breast milk so one time I carry her and feed my right side and walk that time she suck that otherwise she doesn't and also my breast milk is low but I ate lactation food like fenugreek seeds oats,garlic, mother's Horlicks and tablets what can I do I don't want to give formula milk for my baby so plzz give some guidance

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. First of all hold baby in comfortable position while feeding and entire nipple and most of the aerola should be in mouth of the baby while feeding and massage your breast before feeding the baby and apply warm compress
