I am 3 months postpartum..I need to know if I have to continue taking calcium supplements throughout my lactation periods i.e 2 yrs

A. There is no need to take calcium medication’s for two years and instead you can take for a minimum of six months that is when you exclusively breast-feed your baby and then after that eat more diet rich in calciumWrite Your Answer Here
