#asktheexpert My baby does not breast feed , initially did for first month but not now. also lactation is nit good when I use breast pump, please suggest how to improve lactation.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. you can take lactare capsules two capsules three times a day for one week take good protein diet lot of water all seasonal fruits are even fruit juices will help you

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi first ,try direct breastfeeding ,it will help to release oxytocin hormone which help in this. stay stress free. maintain skin to skin Contact while feeding your child. massage your breasts with coconut oil. you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day.
