I am breastfeeding mother. My baby has cough.Can I eat curd, guava etc. is it safe for my baby.

If I go medically there is no problem in giving any of these things the doctors don’t advise you to stop giving anything so could you give on room temperature at guava you should avoid for the aggravates allergies so you should just avoid giving guava to the child
