I am a mother of 7 weeks old baby and I still do not have enough breast milk. Are there any tablets that will help increase the milk and are they effective since it's already been more than a month after delivery. I had a c-section at 35 weeks.

A. yes there are medication to increase breastmilk and for the same you should consult with your gynaecologist as she will guide you accordingly. meanwhile take care of your diet ,drink plenty of fluids, add protein rich food milk and milk products, daal etc and most important sleep well
